Multipotentiality

I am interested in so many things! I just have to try out everything that strikes my fancy. Curious about the list so far? Well, most recently you can find me taking photos with my Canon 5D MarkII. The 50mm 1.4 is my fave lens and I have it on my camera all the time. It gives me some seriously great shots without trying. And sexy bokeh. Really.

I've also just purchased a Brother 1034D serger. I'm fascinated with sewing and making clothes for the Bunny. I wish I'd known that sewing wasn't that scary before she was born. I'd have sewn all her diapers instead of buying them. I also have a Bernina sewing machine that I really like.

I do yoga, recycle, write, read like a fiend, talk to my older kids every day (they live on their own now), Irish dance, cook, design websites, create graphics, blog, and teach. In the summer we like to slackline, long board, swim, and climb.

Basically, I get bored easily.

I have been told that people will seek me for information and advice, even strangers, because of the amount of knowledge I possess. Knowledge that is gleaned from multiple sources on a myriad of subjects. And people do ask me for advice or an opinion. All the time.

I used to be known as the Queen of Useless Knowledge. Then what I knew, suddenly became useful.
